Our approach is to get you communicating in your life defined by mutual participation, consideration, and respect. Together, we will help you build healthy relationships with yourself and others that foster meaningful and rewarding interactions. We offer the use of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) techniques, mindfulness training, and DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) techniques. The foundation for all our coaching is “The Language of Life,” Nonviolent Communication (NVC) by Marshall Rosenberg.

Together we will work on creating personal goals and overcoming challenges (e.g., communicating with others, depression, anxiety, fear , overwhelm, substance issues, anxiety, anger and hurt).
